Jones Tytter                             19 Jan. 1880     Was employed as the Cow Herd, neglected his cows, by leaving them to wander the Street, going down town during the day, to get a hot dinner, several of his cows got injured, also Town Bailiff threatened to impound them, as this man so neglected them, was reported to the President, j.
